The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and access the service. Specifically, to provide the "Quantum Engine" and "Space Pulse" features, the Application collects:

    Device Sensors: High-frequency access to the Magnetometer and Accelerometer to correlate local magnetic anomalies with global seismic telemetry.
    Precise Real-Time Location: We collect GPS and network-based location to provide localized Aurora Borealis predictions and localized Space Weather risk assessments.
    Media & Storage: Access is required to save generated "Strategic Venture" PDF reports and to apply NASA imagery as device wallpapers.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, the Service Provider relies on:

    Contract performance: Necessary to provide the telemetry and analysis tools.
    Consent: Obtained for optional features like location-based alerts and personalized AI advisories.
    Legitimate interests: Maintaining the Early Warning System (EWS) and improving core engine stability.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies (including Mistral AI processing) to:

    Analyze Telemetry: Convert raw NASA/NOAA data into actionable business intelligence for the "Strategic Venture Hub".
    Predictive Analytics: AI components analyze usage patterns to deliver tailored content and safety recommendations.

4. Third-Party Access & Services

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services. The Application utilizes the following third-party service providers:

    Google Play Services & Google Maps API
    AppLovin MAX (Ad Mediation & Analytics)
    Unity Ads

5. Background Monitoring & EWS

The Application performs background tasks every 30 minutes (via RiskMonitoringWorker) to monitor global seismic and geomagnetic risks. This ensures the Early Warning System can notify users of critical hazards even when the Application is not in use.
6. Data Retention and Manageable Rights

We retain User Provided Data for the duration of use plus 12 months. You have the right to request access, rectification, or erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") of your data by contacting us at the email provided above.
7. Security

We implement procedural and electronic safeguards (including HTTPS encryption) to protect your information. In the event of a data breach posing a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected users within 72 hours.
